Certificate IV Health Supervision


Medical Administration Training offers the full Certificate IV in Health Supervision.

This qualification with give you the confidence and skills to take on the exciting role as a Practice Manager and get you started on an exciting career path. Your formal qualification will assist you to gain promotions ahead of less qualified staff.

Alternatively, if you are currently working in a supervisor's role or as a Practice Manager and do not have formal qualification then a full Certificate qualification will help to formalise your skills. You may also be able to use your current experience to gain credit for some subjects offered.

HLT40407 – Certificate IV Health Supervision

This is an open entry program for people working in, or who wish to work in the Health field in a supervisory role. Students need to have a good level of oral, written and numeracy skills in English.

Students under 18 years of age must have parental/guardian approval.


Course Duration

You have a 9-month period from your date of enrolment to complete the course.  This course is completed via external study and it can also be completed under the Australian Apprenticeship/Traineeship scheme.

  • BSBMED401B     Manage patient record-keeping system
  • TAADEL404A     Facilitate work based learning
  • HLTCSD306B     Respond effectively to difficult or challenging behaviour
  • BSBCMN419A     Manage projects
  • CHCORG27A     Provide mentoring support to colleagues

 

Course Fees: $2600.00

The full cost of the course is $2600.00 (GST Free). Course fees are non-refundable. You are allowed 9 months from the date of initial enrolment to complete the course. All training materials are posted to you by express post once payment has been made. Payment plans are available.
