Traineeship Info

Traineeships provide an opportunity for employees to gain nationally recognised qualifications for office positions under a structured training plan.

How Long Does it Take to Complete a Traineeship

The time needed to complete a traineeship varies depending on the qualification but can be completed in as little as 12 months up to several years. Part time options are also available.

Who is Eligible?

Traineeships are available to new or existing employees and offer numerous benefits to the employer and employee. You do not need to be over 18 to begin a traineeship and you can even begin a traineeship during high school. However, if you are under 18, parental or guardian permission is required.

Organising a Traineeship

Organising a traineeship through Medical Administration Training (M.A.T) ensures your traineeship is set up to be beneficial for employer and employee. The experienced team at M.A.T will help answer any questions you might have and be there to support you not only during set up but through to completion of the traineeship.  

A traineeship is a legal agreement so you do require a Registered Training Organisation such as Medical Administration Training (M.A.T) to assist you in setting up the agreement. Our friendly, experienced team will help you organise any necessary paperwork and explain the process for obtaining Government funding.
